Tips on taking care of my necklace: Use a soft cloth/towel to clean the necklace after a day out. Thoroughly dry your necklace after exposure to water and store it in the provided PVC pouch or ziplock bag. Please do not mix the necklace with other accessories.

In the event if the bracelet is broken, please send it to Ugochic to check if the bracelet is within our repair condition (shipping fee will be borne by our customers).

Once we confirm that the item is repairable, we will send it back to our workshop in Korea to repair it. That will be an additional fee of SGD 15 (repair + recoating).

Do note that the repaired piece will be slightly different from the new piece.

The estimated delivery will take 14 to 21 days for us to send the repaired bracelet to our customers.
